Hispanic American Center for Economic
Development
In 2001, the
Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce established the Hispanic
American Center for Economic Development (HACED). The overall
objective of HACED is to advance the formation and growth of
Hispanic businesses in the State of Georgia. This will occur
in three ways: through
educational training for entrepreneurs; through assistance to
entrepreneurs resulting in new firm formation; and through
assistance in growth needs for existing local and international
businesses.
