Antonio Molina is a Lawyer and Navy Veteran. Louis Acuna is a Technology Infrastructure Architect at Southern Company. In his role, he is responsible for architecting and designing voice, contact center and network solutions at Southern Company. Prior to Southern Company, Louis was the Director of Telecommunications, Voice Communications and Contact Center Technologies at Southern Company Gas (formerly AGL Resources) where he also dealt with the technical aspects of company mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Management, Finance and Budgets are also strong traits. Louis attended the University of Puerto Rico and obtained a Business Degree from Clayton State College in Georgia. Phil Thorogood is a bicultural, bilingual operations/P&L leader with a background in Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategic Planning in the Automotive and Financial Services sector. Through various roles, Mr. Paniagua has been responsible for designing and implementing initiatives to support the Treasury department’s expanding role at Inspire Brands. In his current role, he is responsible for developing and executing the strategic plan for Inspire Brands’ Treasury operations, including managing the company’s working capital; structuring bank and vendor relationships; guiding Inspire Brand’s payment strategy; developing franchisee financing programs; managing the organization’s capital structure; ensuring compliance with the company’s various debt agreements; and serving as the Treasury Department’s Subject Matter Expert on company-wide initiatives.

Brent has overall responsibility for leading the bank’s business development activities and overall management for Buckhead and Decatur. A native of Rome, Georgia, he is a graduate of Georgia State University. Brent is a graduate of Leadership Buckhead’s Class of 2000. Brent is also a graduate of Leadership Atlanta’s class of 2008. He completed the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Georgia’s inaugural Leadership Class in 2009. More recently, Brent graduated from Leadership DeKalb in 2017. Brent is an active member and current President (7/1/18 thru 6/30/19) of the Rotary Club of Buckhead and serves on the global board of Rotarians for Family Health & AIDS Prevention as Corporate Secretary and Treasurer. Brent joined the board of the DeKalb Symphony Orchestra in 2017 and the board of Leadership DeKalb in 2018. Jason R. Anavitarte is the Director of Development and Advocacy for CareSource Georgia. He serves as a Commissioner for the Commission on Equal Opportunity appointed by Governor Nathan Deal.
Most recently, Jason became the Republican nominee for the Paulding County Board of Education after winning a countywide runoff with 58% of the vote. During the 2016 election cycle Jason served as the Georgia Chairman of Senator Marco Rubio’s Presidential Campaign. Jason is a former member of the Doraville City Council elected in 2003, becoming the youngest Hispanic ever elected in Georgia and the youngest to serve as Mayor Pro Tem. In 2011, he was named by Georgia Trend Magazine as one of the top 40 Under 40 Leaders in Georgia. In 2005, Jason was bestowed with the Ivan Allen Jr. Legacy Award named after the former Atlanta Mayor.

Greg began his professional career in New York City working for the Managing Director of a billion-dollar family office. The office managed business and real estate investments across North America, South America and Europe. He then became the Chief Financial Officer of a Wall Street hedge fund focusing on environmentally responsible real estate and construction investments. Following the 2010 economic downturn in the market, he left New York City to work his brother Michael in Atlanta, Georgia at Southern Site Development, a civil construction company focusing on site development, grading and remediation. Greg and his brother purchased Atlanta Demolition in 2012 and recently completed the complete merger of the two companies into SSD Demolition and Environmental. SSD celebrated its ten-year anniversary in 2017.
Greg is originally from Dallas, Texas. He graduated from Texas Tech University in 1994 with an undergraduate degree in History and Spanish. He received his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business in 2011 with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Leadership. Nicole Love Hendrickson was appointed as the Community Outreach Program Director for the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners in January of 2015. Since that time, she has developed the county’s first ever comprehensive outreach program that involves engaging diverse constituents in County Government. In her first year, Nicole launched two notable programs such as the Gwinnett 101 Citizens Academy and Dinner & Dialogue with Chairman Nash both gaining popularity with residents across Gwinnett County. The program has grown to now include youth engagement initiatives. The outreach program has received national recognition by the National Association of County Organizations (NACO), for best in class for citizen engagement and public information.

Prior to her role with County Government, Nicole has served as the Associate Director for the Gwinnett Coalition for Health and Human Services, a position she held for 8 years. Roberto serves as VP, System Evolution for Coca-Cola North America. He is responsible for implementing the 21st Century Beverage Partnership model (North America Refranchising). He led the refranchising of two of the largest US territories, Coca-Cola Refreshment’s Southwest and West Operating Units (Texas, Oklahoma, California and Nevada), territories in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Michigan. He is currently leading the refranchising of the entire Coca-Cola Refreshments operations in Canada.
Native of Brazil, Roberto is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. He started his career as a consultant with Arthur Andersen in 1991. He joined Coca-Cola in 1996 and held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility in finance and strategy within Bottling Operations (Coca-Cola Femsa and Coca-Cola Refreshments); International Business Units (Brazil and Latin Center); Corporate (Finance and Innovation) and North America. Roberto holds bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration from Universidade de São Paulo and Accounting from Universidade Paulista, as well as an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
Misael is a U.S. Citizen, born in Venezuela. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from La Universidad del Zulia in Maracaibo, Venezuela, and an MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. He is a U.S. Department of State’s International Exchange alumnus, currently acting as Vice President/Executive Director of IANAmericas (Inter-American Network of Alumni Associations), member of Global Ties U.S. Council of International Members in Washington DC, and member of the Board of Directors of the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
As a dedicated social entrepreneur, he has served as chairman of different board of directors of distinguished organizations in Venezuela, including ACIZ (Association of Commerce and Industry in the state of Zulia); CEVAZ (Venezuelan-American bi-national Center in the state of Zulia) and American school Escuela Bella Vista, currently serving in those organizations as member of their Advisory Council.

Aurora Theatre opened in the summer of 1996 and Anthony Rodriguez and Ann-Carol Pence (Co-Founder and Associate Producer) established Aurora Theatre, Inc. as a non-profit organization in 1999. Under their leadership, the theatre grew from 120 season subscribers to the 5100 subscribers Aurora Theatre currently boasts. Mr. Rodriguez’s greatest accomplishment to date was the successful negotiation to relocate Aurora Theatre to downtown Lawrenceville Georgia where it serves as the cornerstone for their revitalization. Aurora’s accomplishments include: Learning Library an educational theatre program, Aurora’s Apprenticeship for recent college graduates, Aurora Academy and Conservatory where students learn from working professionals, and Teatro Aurora a professional Spanish-language theatre company that was created to highlight Latinx cultural heritage and to help build social bridges in our community. Anthony is the Immediate Past Chair of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, he was the first Latino and Arts leader to serve in that position and is also past Chair of Partnership Gwinnet. Mr. Rodriguez is a member of Screen Actor’s Guild, Theatre Communications Group, and the national steering committee for the Latinx Theatre Commons. Mr. Rodriguez is a graduate of Marist High School, the University of Georgia, the Atlanta Regional Commission’s Regional Leadership Institute and the National Association of Latino Arts and Cultures’ Leadership Institute and Advocacy Institute.
In her current role as Director of Medicare Sales at Kaiser Permanente, Tammy Palmgren strongly supports her company’s mission to provide high quality, affordable health care to improve the health of its members and communities. Specifically focused on the senior market, Tammy brings her talent and expertise to this ever-changing and dynamic arena. Tammy has worked in the health insurance industry for over two decades, holding a myriad of positions in diverse settings. Her passion for healthcare began when she accepted her first position with BlueCross BlueShield of TN (BCBST) which proved an excellent learning ground and allowed exposure to multiple aspects of the industry. Outside of work, Tammy is the immediate Past-Chair of the East Cobb YMCA’s board of directors and was named 2016 Volunteer of the year for her work in the community. She currently serves as Secretary on PADV Partners Against Domestic Violence Executive Board. She is a current board member for the Cobb Chamber of Commerce, serving as Area Director of the East Cobb Area Council. In addition, she serves as the Long-Term Strategic Planning Director and President Nominee for the Rotary Club of East Cobb. She is an active member of both the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce. She is a 2016 graduate of Leadership Cobb and is the past Fundraising Chair for the Senior Connections Board and past Program Director for HBA (Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association). Andrea is passionate about her community and proudly serves on several boards including the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where she leads the Women’s Leadership Committee since 2018. In 2015 her company was named Small Business of the Year by the GHCC and in 2014 Andrea was named as a Rising Star by the Women’s Business Council of Georgia.

Germán Laryczower is the Senior Vice President & General Manager of Cable Broadband Products at ARRIS, a global innovator in IP, video, and broadband technology. He is responsible for the Worldwide strategy of the Broadband Cable CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) business, driving innovative broadband solutions, as the cable industry increases investments related to the delivery and in-home distribution of gigabit capable internet services.

Ms. Olmos served as co-chair of the continuing legal education seminar, Eliminating Barriers to Justice II: Why and How to Ensure Language Access for Limited English Proficient and Deaf/Hard of Hearing Litigants, co-chair of the 2014 continuing legal education seminar, Eliminating Barriers to Justice: Addressing Ethical Obligations, Cultural Competency, and Best Practices for Ensuring Meaningful Language Access in Georgia Courts. She serves on the board of the Georgia Legal Service Program and is a board member of the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association. Ms. Olmos is a member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia Diversity Committee. Bernadette is admitted to practice with the State of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Meredith Riggs Guerrero is an attorney with the Atlanta law firm of Drew Eckl & Farnham. Her practice encompasses counseling and representation of companies in employee and business-related issues. She counsels employers in crafting and implementing legally compliant policies, procedures, and handbooks, and provides training to employees on compliance with federal and state employment laws, including anti-discrimination and wage and hour laws.
A significant portion of her practice is devoted to representing companies in employment disputes, as well as disputes related to breach of contract and commercial torts. She also has experience in real estate related litigation, with an emphasis on the representation of brokers and lenders.
Meredith is a member of the firm’s diversity committee and the women’s affinity group. She is an active member of the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board of Directors. She is a proud graduate of the 2018 class of the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce's Cultivating Hispanic Leadership Institute.
Meredith graduated cum laude from Southern Methodist University in 2001, and then taught elementary school in Atlanta Public Schools for two years with the national service organization Teach For America. She received her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law in 2008, where she graduated with honors. While in law school, she participated in Moot Court and received honors in litigation. She also had the opportunity to clerk for Justice Harold Melton of the Georgia Supreme Court for one semester in law school.
