Andrea Rivera


Andrea Rivera is an Emmy® Awarded producer, cross-cultural marketer, entrepreneur, and connector. She is a completely bi-cultural and bilingual Hispanic born in Medellin, Colombia, and raised in Miami, Florida. Andrea connects seamlessly across cultures offering a unique insight into a growing microcosm of Hispanic segmentation in the United States. Throughout her expansive career in marketing, she has helped brands to build creative expressions of their brands and product offering and to grow their presence and influence online and offline.

Andrea the co-founder of MejorJuntas, an organization focused on improving access to health and wellness for Latinas in the United States.  Andrea is dedicated to serving her community and active on several boards and committees including serving as a member of the Executive Board for the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Executive Director of the Alcanzando Un Sueño Scholarship Program, a board member for Hispanic Organization Promoting Education (H.O.P.E) and co-Chair for the Race Relations Task Force at the GHCC.  Andrea is also the founder and past co-Chair of EME de Mujer, the past Executive Director of the Georgia Hispanic Construction Association. and her previous service includes board positions for ALPFA, the National Black and Latino Council, and the Latin American Association.

In 2019, the SE Television Academy awarded Andrea with an EMMY for Best Commercial for her copywriting and production work in ‘No Te Quedes Callado’, a 30-second spot highlighting the sacrifices of Latino workers.  In 2015 the GHCC named her company, H3 Media as Business of the Year and in 2014 she was recognized by the Women’s Entrepreneurial Project as Rising Star.  Andrea has also been recognized for her business and civic leadership in several publications including Mundo Hispanico, Latina Style Magazine, and most recently featured Voyage Magazine.

Rich Johnson

AT&T Georgia

In December of 2021, Rich Johnson was appointed as the Assistant Vice President of Legislative & Regulatory for AT&T Georgia. He brings nearly two decades of experience working in the public, private and non-profit sectors.

As Assistant Vice President of Legislative & Regulatory Affairs, Rich leads AT&T’s Legislative & Regulatory Affairs team that develops and implements the company’s statewide legislative and regulatory efforts throughout the state. Through engagement and collaboration with policymakers, regulators and community organizations, Rich helps educate and advocate for key technology deployments and investmentsthat will support greater connectivity across Georgia.

Rich directs and manages the company’s engagements with members of the Georgia’s General Assembly, the Georgia Public Service Commission and state agencies. Additionally, Rich manages AT&T’s political giving and political action committee.

Previously, Rich served as the AVP of External Affairs, where he was responsible for managing AT&T’s External Affairs team and their efforts with local government.

He began his career with AT&T in 2013 where he served as an External Affairs Manager in South Metro Atlanta region.

Rich is a native Georgian and a graduate from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville where he earned a B.A. in Political Science. He remains active in community service through board positions on organizations such as the Georgia Partnership for Excellence in Education, Georgia 811, Georgia Emergency Communication Authority and Tech Alpharetta. He also serves as the Vice Chairman for the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Board and Government Affairs Chair for the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce Board. Previously he served as an appointee to the City of Milton Design Review Board, the Milton Board of Zoning Appeals and a board member numerous local chambers of commerce across the state.

Rich is married to his wife Allison, a public school elementary teacher. Together, they reside in Milton, GA and have a nine year old son and eight year old daughter where they are members of Alpharetta First United Methodist Church.

Sally Wilson


Vice President, Supplier Diversity Director, ESG

Sally Wilson is Vice President, Supplier Diversity Director, ESG for Truist Financial Corporation. She works to expand the
company's utilization and development of qualified diverse, and small businesses.

Additionally, she works closely with teammates ensuring that ESG practices, metrics, and reporting are operationalized within
Truist supply chain processes with all suppliers. Before joining Truist, She led Aflac's supplier diversity program, responsible for
designing, developing, and implementing company-wide strategies that promote and support the supplier diversity program and
its goal. Within her 16-year journey at the company, she held a series of roles in operations, sales, information technology, and
third-party management.

Passionate about the inclusion of diverse and small businesses and promoting economic empowerment in our communities,
Wilson serves as a member of the Financial Services Roundtable for Supplier Diversity Executive Committee and the Georgia
Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee while leading a committee of the Greater Women's Business Council.
Wilson holds a Master's degree in Business Administration. When she isn't working, Wilson enjoys reading, running, and
spending time with family.

Jose Paniagua

Through various roles, Mr. Paniagua has been responsible for designing and implementing initiatives to support the Treasury department’s expanding role at Inspire Brands. In his current role, he is responsible for developing and executing the strategic plan for Inspire Brands’ Treasury operations, including managing the company’s working capital; structuring bank and vendor relationships; guiding Inspire Brand’s payment strategy; developing franchisee financing programs; managing the organization’s capital structure; ensuring compliance with the company’s various debt agreements; and serving as the Treasury Department’s Subject Matter Expert on company-wide initiatives.
Prior to this, Jose served as the Director of Treasury at the Wendy’s/Arby’s Group, where he also administered the company’s Smart Safe program. Jose earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Georgia State University and is currently on track to earn an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business in May 2019.
In addition, Jose currently serves as the Treasurer for the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where his passion for his profession has successfully united with his desire to contribute to his community.

Maria Bastidas

Maria Alejandra Bastidas is a journalist with over 25 years of experience in the United States and Latin America. She’s earned six Emmy Awards during her career and has held leadership roles at Telemundo Atlanta and MundoNow. Maria has also been involved in digital marketing campaigns for notable companies like Nascar, Toyota, Nestle, and Lala, among others.

Driven by her passion for empowering women, she established Latina Leads, a non-profit organization that equips Latina girls to become future leaders. Through this initiative, she helps them embrace their cultural heritage, boost their self-esteem, and become content creators, inspiring girls from all corners of the world.

Maria Alejandra actively conducts seminars and workshops to empower women and entrepreneurs, guiding them towards personal growth and leadership. She also encourages them to harness the power of social media for promoting their businesses, careers, and personal brands.

In addition to her work with Latina Leads, Maria serves on the board of directors for the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and HOPE (Hispanic Organization Promoting Education), further contributing to her community’s advancement.
