The EME 2019 Women’s Conference gathers career and business minded latinas for an opportunity to learn from each other and connect with like minded women in the community, corporate and government. The conference offers two tracks for attendees, career growth and business development for our entrepreneurs.
This year our focus centers around the challenges of the modern latina that include challenges in the workplace both as an employee and employer, social responsibility and work life challenges unique to our culture. These issues will be covered at breakfast through an inspirational keynote from a highly successful latina who’s managed to build an empire at home and at work.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn strategies for growing their careers with workshops that include “Am I Promotion Ready?” and “Get Ready to Lead”, while others can participate in business building workshops like “Getting Your Business Online with Google” and “Better HR for 1 to 100 Employees”. Our capstone workshop centers around MENTORSHIP with a panel discussion on the power of a mentor that launches EME’s Mentor in a Box program for 2019.
