Christie Sithiphone

Christie Sithiphone is the Global Director, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Omnicom Public Relations Group and Omnicom Brand Consulting Group. In this role, she supports the company’s initiative, OPEN 2.0, to advance systemic equity across the organizations, develops and executes DEI programming, and advances talent advocacy and recruitment strategies across diverse agencies. Outside of work, Christie is passionate about community service. Christie serves on the boards for the Asian American Advocacy Fund and the Atlanta chapter of the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP), where she is currently the President. She is also an inductee for the Outstanding Atlanta Class of 2021, where she was honored for her premier community involvement in the City of Atlanta. Christie is a proud daughter of Laotian refugees and lives in Midtown with her Shiba Inu, Max.
