Elba Pareja-Gallagher is a finance and strategy professional with 20 years of experience at UPS. She’s held roles in International Finance, Investor Relations, Marketing and Strategy. She lived as an expat in Asia for three years and currently is the Director of Finance on the Business Intelligence & Analysis team of the $43B U.S. Domestic business unit. She is also the chair of the UPS Hispanic/Latino Business Resource Group, Crecer, which was recognized by both the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Latina Style Magazine as the #1 Latino ERG in the country.

Elba is an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional and led the Gender Gap Task Force for the Atlanta chapter. She is the founder of the non-profit ShowMe50.org. The ShowMe50 vision is to achieve 50% women in senior leadership positions across America by teaching men and women how to influence change in workplace cultures and talent management practices through inclusive leadership. ShowMe50 is a Regional Leader in the Lean In movement.
