Sally Wilson is Vice President, Supplier Diversity Director, ESG for Truist Financial Corporation. She works to expand the company's utilization and development of qualified diverse, and small businesses.


Additionally, she works closely with teammates ensuring that ESG practices, metrics, and reporting are operationalized within Truist supply chain processes with all suppliers. Before joining Truist, She led Aflac's supplier diversity program, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing company-wide strategies that promote and support the supplier diversity program and its goal. Within her 16-year journey at the company, she held a series of roles in operations, sales, information technology, and third-party management.

Passionate about the inclusion of diverse and small businesses and promoting economic empowerment in our communities, Wilson serves as a member of the Financial Services Roundtable for Supplier Diversity Executive Committee and theGeorgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee while leading a committee of the Greater Women's Business Council. Wilson holds a Master's degree in Business Administration. When she isn't working, Wilson enjoys reading, running, and spending time with family.
